MEDTRONIC is aleading developer, manufacturer and marketer of products used in the treatmentof spinal disorders and trauma. Wecurrently are seeking a Sr. MarketingCommunication Specialist for our Memphis Spinal Headquarters. This position is responsible for the planning,development and direction of strategic marketing communications programs thatpromote the sale of Medtronic Spinal & Biologics products and services andthat support the company’s overall marketing objectives.
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, marketing, communications or related field with a minimum of six (6)years of marketing or communications experience in corporate or agencymarketing communications; or Master’s degree with a minimum of four (4) yearsexperience in marketing or communications in the medical device orpharmaceutical industry with knowledge of those industries’ key audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Adobe Creative Suite--(PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Final Cut Pro/ iMovie) and/or Quicktime
- Comfortable with both Mac and PC applications.
- International experience and proficiency in a foreign, (non-English) language is preferred
